All our jewelleries
are made to order. We add all orders to a schedule & work off a first come
basis. If you like to make an order, Please fill up the order form that
available on this website.
After
your order form is sent, a confirmation email with banking details will be sent
to you on available items. Please bank in the correct amount. Please
send us confirmation of payment to deliladesigns@gmail.com so we can sent out
your order as soon as possible. Please understand that payments which are not
completed within the mutually agreed upon period will be forfeited & the
items in question will be re listed.
Once we received
confirmation of payment, we'll send out your orders the same day if payment
confirmation is received before 12 noon from Monday to Friday. We'll email you
tracking number once your item is sent out.
Delivery
All items are
carefully packed & shipped in the pretty & Eco friendly cardboard
boxes. Domestic shipments
(Within Malaysia) typically take 1-2 days. We deliver through Poslaju Exress.
Free Shipping. If you have specific shipping need
or for overseas delivery please contact us at the time of purchase. Please note
there may be an additional fee depends on location for oversea and specific shipping need.
Returns Policy.
At this time, we are not able to returns,
refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
